The hotel offers a cozy stay with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast selection. The location is superb with stunning views of the Kyles of Bute, although privacy in some areas may be limited. The dining experience is delightful with plenty of choices, especially the full Scottish breakfast with vegetarian options.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had a fabulous view of the Firth of Clyde, although it was a bit small. The service was top-notch, and the location was priceless with stunning views, right overlooking the bay. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the morning breakfast. Overall, a great value for exploring Bute.

The welcome drink adds a nice touch to the service. The location is excellent, overlooking the Kyles of Bute and just a short walk from the ferry terminal and the main town of Rothesay. The dining experience is enjoyable with perfectly portioned non-greasy meals, although lacking vegetarian options. However, the lack of privacy in the dining area and the dated decor are drawbacks.
